Chrome (Plus)[CRM-PLS]

The Chrome "Plus" is the new evolution to the Chrome dashboard family. The new version incorporates all the features from the "Lite" version with some well needed enhancement, starting from its famous shape and its 800x400 true colour display, all the internal electronics has been completely re-engineered with a new 1GHz processor, 1GB RAM and 16GB internal memory .In addition, you can now switch between the classic monochrome backgrounds and new carbon and analogue tachometer backgrounds. The unit also includes lateral RGB alarms and all the integrated electronics for the lambda Bosch LSU 4.9 sensor. Pairing it with the lambda sensor reading inside Danas with stoichiometric functions is now possible to create your own fuel map on track.

Chrome “Plus” has a new video input where you can connect and record from the Logitech Cam C270 while the audio recording is done by an internal mic on the Chrome. This will protect the mic from wind noise and provides optimal bike engine sound rendering. If 720p resolution is not enough, the new unit can drive an external GoPro4 via WiFi, it can turn it on and off and start recording in sync with the units data acquisition. Thus creating a video synchronized with all acquired data to analyse your performances with all the new functions available in Danas software. The unit will automatically connect with an external WiFi network assigned/registered as soon as you are back in the pits, this enables direct download to your PC and efficient Team operation.

The Chrome “Plus” (on bikes with Can Bus) two new analogue channels, 10x100Hz channels together with RPM, front and rear speed, GPS speed and acceleration, leaning angle and 10x10Hz channels customised depending on bike model, there is in addition also a GPS altitude channel available.

Thanks to the power of the Chrome “Plus” it is now possible to implement the DDS (Danas Dynamic Settings) that enable the rider to change some parameters like Mapping & Traction Control level for each turn of any circuit! The Logitech Cam C270 is housed in a CNC machined aluminium case (water resistant) to substitute the original OEM plastic case.
